Account data: Your phone number, a hashed PIN (we never store your actual PIN), account preferences (e.g., preferred language), and optionally a recovery email address (used only for account recovery if you get locked out).
Conversation data: Transcripts of your calls and structured "Memories" — facts you share during calls such as your name, interests, family, and preferences.
Usage data: Call timestamps, duration, and cost.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing address.
Sensitive data: You should not share sensitive information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, passport numbers, bank account numbers, or passwords during calls. While we take steps not to store such data, we cannot guarantee that it will be detected and excluded in every case. You are responsible for not sharing information you do not want stored.
Personalization: Memories and transcripts are used solely to make your future conversations more relevant and personal.
Service operation: Account data and usage data are used to authenticate you, bill correctly, and maintain the service.
We do not: Sell your data to third parties, use your data for advertising, share your conversations with other users, or use your data to train AI models.
We use the following third-party services to operate:
OpenAI — processes your voice conversations in real time. Your audio and text are sent to OpenAI's API during active calls. See OpenAI's API data policy.
Twilio — handles phone call routing and audio transport.
Stripe — processes payments securely.
Supabase — hosts our database (your account, memories, and call data).
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Call transcripts and memories are stored indefinitely to support long-term personalization. You can delete individual memories at any time from the website. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data (memories, transcripts, call history).
You have the right to:
Access: View all stored memories and call history on your dashboard.
Edit: Modify any stored memory from the "My Data" tab.
Delete: Remove individual memories, clear all memories, or delete your entire account.
Export: Contact us to request a copy of all your data.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data is collected and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
PINs are stored using bcrypt hashing. All connections use TLS encryption. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Database access is protected by row-level security ensuring users can only access their own data.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be noted on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
